Furniture Installer - Office Cubes

Overview

Modular furniture installers needed to deconstruct, install, and execute space planning activities within office & industrial environments. Installer may work independently or as part of a team assigned to provide office moving and other services to businesses, large corporations and independent customers.

• Responsible for assembly, disassembly, reassembly, and delivery/installation of high-quality modular office furniture systems.
• Provide a high level of customer service to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Review floor plans and execute space planning.
• Complete furniture assembly/installation as per installation specifications to meet customer specifications.
• Inspect furniture for proper operation according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Install all types of modular furniture to include placement, leveling, wipe-down, and touch-up of metal and wood furniture.
• May unload or load furniture into trucks.

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience
• Must have electrical experience to supply and disconnect power to module furniture
• Must be able to read floor plans
• Installation and delivery experience, furniture assembly and modification skills
• Good communication skills & dedication to excellent customer service
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
