• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems according to NEC and company standards
• Present service options and perform approved work onsite
• Deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience without using pressure tactics
• Complete paperwork and collect payments using Service Titan CRM
• Guide clients through permitting and inspection processes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Participate in weekly training and professional development

• 2 to 6 years of residential electrical experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A growth mindset and willingness to be coached
• Valid driver's license (driving record must qualify for coverage)
• A professional appearance is required for client‑facing roles. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Experience with Service Titan is a strong plus
• Journeyman's license preferred but not required
• This role includes a take‑home vehicle benefit. Candidates must reside within our service area to be eligible.
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. All results are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis and do not automatically disqualify candidates.

• Full time position
• Highly competitive base starting salary.
• 35 USD for those with a Masters Licence
• 33 USD for those with a Journeyman licence
• 30 USD for those without a licence
• Up to 11% commission on top
• 2% of all revenue generated by your apprentice when the apprentice becomes a fully technician
• A $2,000 sign‑on bonus (paid in intervals over your first year)
• Uncapped performance‑based bonuses and commissions
