Security Officer - Dispatch SOC

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a technology location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Operate the dispatch function by monitoring alarms and cameras, receiving calls for service, triaging concerns, and coordinating officer response via radio, phone, and/or electronic systems.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and escalate notifications to site leadership and/or emergency services as required by post orders.;
Complete security-related documentation such as incident reports, dispatch logs, access activity logs, and shift handoff notes with clear, timely, and accurate details.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas including entries, perimeter points, and critical equipment areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or irregular conditions.
