Security Officer - Alarm Panel Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, vendors, and visitors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building common areas, loading and dock areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and access concerns.;
Monitor access control points and key areas as assigned, assist with visitor management and badging processes, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations through the site reporting process.;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site contacts and public emergency services as directed.;
Complete routine reports and documentation such as activity logs, incident reports, and patrol observations, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision and site management.
