Security Officer - Dispatch Desk Operator

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Operate the dispatch center by monitoring alarms, CCTV, access control systems, and other security-related platforms, and triaging calls for service.;
Receive and relay requests via phone, radio, and/or electronic systems, coordinating responses and communicating clear directions to on-site officers and/or mobile patrol units.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to client contacts, management, and/or public emergency services as needed.;
Maintain accurate logs and incident documentation, including time-stamped event entries, notifications made, and follow-up actions, supporting shift briefings and continuity of operations.
