Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Control access at assigned entry points by verifying identification, managing visitor registration, issuing temporary credentials when authorized, and directing visitors to appropriate check-in areas;
Monitor alarms, cameras, access control systems, and related communications; document unusual activity and notify appropriate personnel per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, completing incident reports, and supporting on-site response protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, loading docks, and perimeter gates to help to deter unauthorized access and report maintenance and/or security-related concerns
