This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sterling, VA for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, conducting client consultations, and identifying new business opportunities. Duties also include training clients or internal teams on service offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and support clients.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Experience with Training to educate clients or team members about products and services.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented, organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Background in the logistics or relocation industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
