This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Sales Consultant based in Sterling, VA. The Residential Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their moving and storage needs, providing professional consulting to recommend tailored solutions, and fostering customer satisfaction. The role requires preparation and delivery of accurate proposals, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets while representing the company with the highest level of professionalism.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Sales Consulting and providing client-focused solutions
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through problem-solving and proactive engagement
- Experience in developing Consulting strategies tailored to individual client needs
- Ability to work on-site in Sterling, VA and effectively manage time and resources
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to meet sales targets
- Prior experience in the moving and logistics industry is an advantage
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
