  VA area to help them take this division to new heights. This client operates as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and are looking for someone who operates from a “customer first” mentality in order to fit into this culture.

• Field inbound project requests, build client relationships, and grow the client base in the No
  
  VA area. Evaluate systems and components to determine the repairs, modifications, or replacements necessary to resolve issues with customers’ mechanical systems. Prepare project design, cost estimates, and formal project proposal documents, serving as liaison between customer and project manager. Sell to facility owners, maintenance managers, and engineers.

• 3+ years of proven success in HVAC sales or a strong technical proficiency from field experience. Independent, self‑motivated, and driven to take complete ownership of role. Strong CRM experience and exceptional customer‑service skills.
