Sales Representative, Business Development
The Sales Representative is responsible for securing new business and strengthening relationships within the assigned territory. This role serves as a technical consultant to customers, providing expert guidance on products, services, and solutions that meet their operational needs. The Sales Representative develops and grows the territory through proactive outreach, accurate estimating for product installation and repair services. Success in this role requires maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of the company’s offerings and delivering exceptional customer support throughout the sales cycle.
Essential Job Functions- Develop lucrative client relationships and serve as a technical consultant to customers.
- Develop and rapidly grow your exclusive sales territory through consistent communication, familiarity with local market conditions and competitor dynamics.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of company products and associated equipment.
- Provide estimates for all regular work and repair(s).

- Ability to generate internal and external stakeholder interest.
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
- Primarily on‑site at client locations.
- Significant time driving, conducting face‑to‑face meetings, and occasionally visiting active job sites, which may involve exposure to warehouses or industrial environments.
- Sitting, standing, or walking may occur for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
- This job requires 50% planned business travel.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- No Experience Required.
- Previous experience with sales or marketing is preferred.
