As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (providing make‑up application, skin‑care advice, hair or fragrance consultations), you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights our customers. You will also work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.
We welcome beginners as well as experienced professionals in makeup artistry, skincare, hair and fragrance. Certification is desirable but not required; we provide exceptional training and development opportunities and competitive remuneration.
Qualifications- Retail experience preferred, but applicants with amateur level experience who demonstrate high creative and technical expertise are welcome.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
- Proof of right to live and work in the U.S. if invited for interview.
