WAITER/WAITRESS (FULL TIME)

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking experienced, energetic, and customer‑focused wait staff for our Turkish Lounge location at 1 Saarinen Circle, Terminal B, Sterling, VA 20166. The position is full‑time with a flexible schedule ranging from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Location: Turkish Lounge – 1 Saarinen Circle, Terminal B, Sterling, VA 20166.

Schedule: Full‑time; days may vary. Specific shifts will be discussed during the interview.

Pay Range: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour.

• Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room; take food and beverage orders efficiently.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients; advise guests on suitable combinations and accommodate reasonable requests.
• Communicate directly with back‑of‑the‑house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special request fulfillment.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills and collaborate effectively with guests and team members.
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash‑handling procedures.
• Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
• Maintain sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information.
• Address complaints or issues promptly and relay relevant information to the supervisor.
• Set up and clear the dining room in accordance with established sanitation standards.
• Operate a variety of equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines.
• Collaborate with other departments during special events and functions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
