We are excited to offer the opportunity to establish a Livewell Animal Hospital in the dynamic, walkable One Loudoun community in Ashburn, Virginia. Envisioned as “Loudoun’s new downtown,” One Loudoun spans 43 acres and features 3.6 million square feet of non‑residential space, including 1.8 million square feet of office space, 400 structured parking spaces, and 1,500 residential units. The development is anchored by a vibrant mix of retail, dining, entertainment, and office space, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients.
