** Position Summary*
* The Operator I follows procedures and recipes to prepare food using the sous vide cooking method. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow step-by-step instructions, and working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in sequential order

+ Ability to understand measurements (weight, volume, temperature)
+ Culinary or food preparation experience preferred

* + Minimum education equivalent to 6th grade required
+ High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Complete Quality Assurance training including allergens, hygiene, sanitation, HACCP, and GMP
+ Verify raw materials and finished products meet quality standards
+ Follow workstation recipes and accurately measure/weigh ingredients
+ Operate and monitor food production equipment including Thermix and Multivac machines
+ Check temperatures, water levels, and report equipment issues
+ Follow sanitation and food safety procedures
+ Store finished products properly in freezer
+ Record production data and report any quality concerns
+ Maintain compliance with all plant GMP, safety, and food safety policies
** Physical Requirements*
* + Lift and carry up to 40 lbs
+ Heavy lifter roles available
+ Stand for extended periods
+ Frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive motions
+ Work under strict production timelines
** Work Environment*
* + Temperature-controlled environment (45-60°F)
+ Coolers (25-40°F) and freezers (as low as
-10°F)
+ Exposure to food production equipment including knives, grills, ovens, and packaging machines
+ Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
+ Clean uniform and proper hygiene required

** Pay Details:** $14.50 per hour
