Mohawk is looking for a Warehouse Associate who can do more for all Emil America brands. This position will be responsible for performing various functions in support of warehouse operation, including shipping, loading, sampling of flooring products and other duties as assigned.

• Forklift certified and able to operate all types of lift truck equipment in assigned facility.
• Operate all banding and wrapping machines within assigned facility.
• Perform cycle counts and other inventory control functions.
• Receive trucks, open and close truck doors.
• Handle and coordinate floor sample materials assigned to facility.
• May train others in warehouse functions.
• Any other duties assigned by management.

• At least 6+ months experience working in a warehouse position.
• Ability to operate forklift equipment and pass the Mohawk Lift Truck certification test.
• Ability to operate banding and wrapping machines.
• Ability to sit, stand, reach, bend, and twist without restrictions.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift at minimum 80 lbs throughout the shift.
• Able to climb on and off a lift truck numerous times throughout shift.
• Must be able to work dayshift.
• Able to work in and around moving equipment and machinery.

• Ability to exercise good judgment, make decisions independently and be resourceful in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
