Project Overview: REI Systems is supporting a high‑visibility program with the FDA, focusing on improving project execution, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. The Senior Project Manager will lead complex initiatives, ensuring mission‑critical projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with federal regulations.

Position Overview: The Senior Project Manager will collaborate directly with FDA stakeholders and REI teams to manage projects from initiation through delivery. This role requires expertise in project management within regulated industries, strong stakeholder communication skills, and experience with federal contracting environments. The PM will provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, drive issue resolution, and ensure adherence to project management frameworks and FDA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of FDA projects under REI Systems’ contract.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Serve as the primary interface with FDA stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely communication.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, federal guidelines, and REI Systems’ project management standards.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality status reports, briefings, and documentation.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional REI teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to program strategy.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing projects in regulated industries (FDA, healthcare, life sciences, or federal agencies).
• 7-10 years of Project Management experience
• Experience working with federal government contracts and programs.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential strongly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
