All Tech Services, Inc. is launching a brand-new Duct Cleaning Department, and we're looking for an experienced leader to build it from the ground up. If you have duct cleaning leadership or project management experience-and you're willing to run jobs while the department grows-this is your opportunity to create something lasting inside a respected, family-owned, non-private-equity company.

What You'll Do

• Run residential duct cleaning jobs during the department's launch phase
• Lead truck buildouts, equipment setup, and inventory organization
• Develop processes, SOPs, safety standards, and quality controls
• Train and mentor new hires as the team grows
• Oversee job scheduling, customer communication, and project completion
• Implement best practices and new/emerging duct cleaning technologies
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and local regulations
• Use new and emerging technology to aid in job operations

What You Bring

• 3+ years of duct cleaning experience with leadership or project oversight related to duct cleaning
• Strong mechanical skills and deep knowledge of duct cleaning equipment
• Ability to manage jobs independently and train others effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
