Data Center Technician

What You’ll Do- Provide technical support to end users and internal teams
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and network issues
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in person
- Track and document issues to ensure timely resolution
- Install and configure equipment in a data center environment
- Collaborate with teammates while also working independently
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation
- Participate in an on‑call rotation as needed
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work with CPUs, RAM, storage devices, servers, and other critical hardware components. You’ll be supported by experienced supervisors and clear guidelines while you build your skills.

- Advanced hardware troubleshooting and repair skills

Job Type & LocationContract position based out of Sterling, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00–$26.00 per hour.
