• Provide technical support to end users and internal teams
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and network issues
• Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in person
• Track and document issues to ensure timely resolution
• Install and configure equipment in a data center environment
• Collaborate with teammates while also working independently
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation
• Participate in an on‑call rotation as needed

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work with CPUs, RAM, storage devices, servers, and other critical hardware components. You’ll be supported by experienced supervisors and clear guidelines while you build your skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks under pressure
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Data Center experience
• Hands‑on computer repair experience
• Experience with Linux operating systems
• Advanced hardware troubleshooting and repair skills

Contract position based out of Sterling, VA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00–$26.00 per hour.
