Lead Integration Technician

Overview

We are seeking a skilled AV Systems Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of advanced audio‑visual (AV) systems, including video teleconferencing (VTC), audio teleconferencing (ATC), and presentation systems for meeting rooms. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized AV solutions.

• Install and configure advanced AV systems in various settings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV technology.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their AV requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail in all tasks.

• Deep understanding of AV technology and systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer‑focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV system installations.
• Extensive knowledge of AV equipment, components, and cabling.
• Experience with advanced AV system configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer‑focused approach and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
