Position: Application Developers (early career) with Security Clearance
Job Description We are seeking early-career Application Developers to join small, collaborative project teams responsible for building and enhancing back-office applications for a corporate customer. This role is ideal for candidates who are motivated to grow their technical skills, contribute to real production systems, and work closely with senior developers and project leads in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of internal business applications.
* Learn and work within existing codebases, contributing incremental features and improvements.
* Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and team discussions to support project goals.
* Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and support bug-fixing activities.
* Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Follow established software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and coding standards.
* Prepare basic documentation, reports, and test results as part of development tasks.

* 0-3 years of experience in software or application development.
* Foundational knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, C#, or similar).
* Understanding of web technologies such as HTML/CSS and basic scripting practices, consistent with typical junior developer skill sets

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - or equivalent practical experience.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Full-Time Salary Range: $79365 - $134921

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
