Logistician; part-time

Solvere Technical Group is seeking a part time Senior Logistician who will manage the Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List (COSAL) throughout Acquisition Lifecycle for Coast Guard cutters.

Job Description:

• Maintain and coordinate COSAL production, distribution, and quality assurance.
• Provide status, reports, and disposition of shipboard allowances, inventories, and mandatory returnable retrograde parts.
• Conduct parts availability research and maintain total asset visibility using Navy and Coast Guard information systems.
• Conduct shipboard configuration validation audits of all systems installed at delivery, after the vessel's post-delivery availability, prior to departure from the vessel's PSA-1 and PSA-2.

REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 10+ year experience in logistics and supply
• NESSS experience
• Knowledge of shipboard drawings and equipment
• Microsoft Office professional experience
• Preferable Coast Guard network/IT background or experience

DESIRED Education:

• High School Diploma

SECURITY:

• Secret Clearance required
