As a SharePoint Developer supporting the Government, charged with engineering solutions which integrate SharePoint services with load balancing systems, enhance existing technologies, and provides a roadmap for the customer’s future infrastructure.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, a typical day may include:
- Designs and defines system architecture and system design documentation for new or existing computer systems
- Analyzes user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications
- Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities
- Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies
- Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology
- Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations
- Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans
- Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts
- Responsible for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility
- Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives
- Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI poly.
- Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including one of the following:
Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA Security - Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline + 10 years’ experience or the equivalent combination of education, technical certification or training, or work/military experience
- Experience with SharePoint administration and configuration:
Beyond development - Strong knowledge of SharePoint APIs
- Experience in front-end programming languages, i.e. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C++, etc.)
- Experience managing SharePoint Online
- Experience managing SharePoint on-premises infrastructure and applications
- Proficiency in Power Shell scripting for automation and managing SharePoint environment
- Experience in SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

The likely salary range for this position is $169,604 - $229,464. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
