OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a skilled Service Now Developer to join our team in support of Federal Government clients. As a Service Now Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications and integrations on the Service Now platform.
* Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the Service Now platform.
* Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective solutions.
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Service Now best practices and coding standards.
* Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
* Integrate Service Now with other systems and tools used by Federal Government clients.
* Optimize application performance and scalability.
* Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.
* Stay current with Service Now updates, patches, and new features.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Now Developer.
* Service Now Certified Application Developer Certification.
* Strong proficiency in Service Now scripting languages, such as JavaScript and Angular
JS.
* Experience with Service Now APIs, integrations, and web services.
* Knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices, such as ITIL.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Jira.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly. DESIRED
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
* Service Now Certified Integration Specialist Certification.
* Experience working with Federal Government clients and understanding of their requirements.
* Knowledge of GRC, HR, and CSM Service Now applications. CLEARANCE:
* TS/SCI with CI Polygraph minimum
