This position is responsible for cleaning guestrooms to

F. Saul Company Hospitality Group quality standards, assisting guests by providing friendly, courteous and professional service, and adhering to health regulations to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Cleanliness:
Clean guest rooms, replenish amenities and supplies, and ensure carts, linens, rooms, and equipment are clean and in working order. - Guest Service:
Provide guest satisfaction through housekeeping service, respond promptly to requests, and collaborate with other departments as needed. Understand and follow Best Western’s guest service recovery program. - Safety/
Risk Management:
Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with Best Western, brand, local, state, and federal regulations; inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report issues; use chemicals safely; follow incident procedures and hotel emergency protocols. - Self‑Management:
Plan, organize, and prioritize work to meet volume targets; meet Best Western’s attendance, grooming, and appearance standards; attend required meetings; use equipment and supplies properly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred; attention to detail, customer‑focused, and able to perform duties in a repetitive, fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds consistently during shifts.
- Significant bending required.
