Role DescriptionAs a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at New Hope Health, you will implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Daily responsibilities include providing direct one-on-one behavioral interventions, collecting and recording data, and collaborating with parents, caregivers, and the clinical team. This role requires a compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented individual dedicated to improving the lives of children and their families.
Qualifications- Readiness to learn Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Desired experience in Behavioral Intervention and a background in Psychology
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members
- Ability to collect, document, and report detailed behavior data accurately
- Desired relevant certifications, such as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
- Mentorship and guidance to acquire the RBT certification
