Medical Receptionist - Patient Care Coordinator

Pay From: $20 per hour

• 3 years of medical office experience
• Great customer service skills and positive attitude
• EMR experience as well as strong computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong typing skills

• Answer multi phone lines
• Explain all pre-operation instruction to patients
• Fill out and fax posting sheets and pre-operation forms.
• Pre-authorize surgeries with insurance companies.
• Scan and fax pre-operation clearances to the hospital and surgery center
• Print the doctor's O.R. schedule.
• Copy all forms needed including posting, patient info, pre-operation orders
• Scan all surgical forms and info into patient's EMR.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
