Spring Arbor Senior Living is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our dedicated team!
Location: Spring Arbor Senior Living of Leesburg
Shifts Available:
Full Time:
- 2nd shift - Various Days during week +Every other weekend
Part Time:
- 1st shift - Various Days during week +Every other weekend
- 2nd shift
- Various Days during week + Every other weekend - 3rd shift
- Various Days during week + Every other weekend
PRN:

- As a PCA or CNA
, you will provide routine care and comfort to our senior residents, ensuring their well-being and dignity.
Responsibilities include: - Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and more
- Preparing residents for meals, snacks, and activities
- Assisting residents in the dining room – serving meals and clearing tables
- Responding to the resident emergency call system
- Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in residents’ conditions to the Resident Care Director (RCD)
- Communicating with residents and families in a polite, professional, and compassionate manner
- Maintaining accurate resident care documentation per state regulations and company policies
- Supporting housekeeping in maintaining clean, comfortable, and safe resident spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification preferred; PCA certificate may be accepted
- CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries preferred
- A caring, patient, and compassionate attitude toward seniors
