VA team operates as a tight‑knit group, always willing to help each other out, and are looking for someone who operates from a “customer first” mentality in order to fit into this culture.
- Work on ongoing project system designs, including load calculations and system sizing.
- Develop permit drawings and assist with project pricing and proposals.
- Act as a technical resource for the sales team and help with site surveys.
- Collaborate with end users (facility owners, maintenance managers, and engineers).
- At least 3+ years in an engineering role with exposure to MEP systems.
- Independent, self‑motivated, and driven to take complete ownership of the role.
- Experience working directly with clients.
