Job DescriptionPay:$40.00 - $60.00 per hour
Our client in the data center/power space is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support onsite operations.
What You’ll Do:- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of low voltage power distribution equipment (switch gear, transformers, etc.)
- Prepare technical reports and maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts
- Follow all site and company safety protocols
- Interface with Project Managers and site teams
- Attend site meetings and provide updates
- Deliver strong customer service and elevate issues as needed
- Background as a qualified electrician or equivalent hands‑on electrical field experience
- Experience with electrical testing and commissioning
- Associate’s degree in electrical power distribution (or related) or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with power distribution systems, AC/DC power, and monitoring systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Experience using testing equipment (multimeters, current meters, etc.)
- Familiarity with UL standards (UL67, UL1008, UL891, etc.)
- Data center or mission‑critical environment experience
