Job Description:
  • The services shall be provided to the Groups/Product Divisions within the FAALC. The FAALC Groups/Product Divisions provide technical support and supply support to the FAA National Airspace System (NAS) field facilities and other government agencies. The NAS work to be performed is primarily in support of aircraft navigation, landing, lighting and weather systems,
  • surveillance equipment, automation and communications systems and technical data. Other Government agencies such as CBP and U.S. Forest Service require support for equipment of
  • similar technical complexity.
  • To accomplish the work effort specified in this PWS the contractor shall provide a wide variety of technical support personnel. The contractor shall perform the services identified in this PWS in
  • accordance with defined task orders from a designated FAA Technical Lead.
Responsibilities:
  • Shall include scheduling, performing, reporting, analyzing, and documenting activities associated with ensuring the productivity and efficiency of programs, or of administrative or management
  • operations.
  • This includes performing evaluations of actual vs. budgeted cost, schedule, and performance data; identifying manpower resource requirements; developing assessment metrics; compiling actual cost, schedule, and performance data; developing variance information; producing cost, schedule, and performance budget forecasts; developing and managing administrative and management activity schedules and budgets; and producing administrative and management reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Works under the functional/operational supervision of the Contract Manager.
  • Assists the Contract Manager with project administrative tasks and control functions using Company unique applications such as Cost Point, or others as required.
  • Assists Contract Manager in billing processes and invoice generation, submission, and payment tracking.
