School Behavioral Classroom Aides

The Behavioral Assistant supports the implementation of individualized behavioral plans for students with behavioral challenges, including those on the autism spectrum. This role involves working under the guidance of LCPS staff to apply specialized strategies and interventions that promote positive student outcomes.

• Assist in implementing individualized behavior plans as directed by LCPS staff.
• Participate in ongoing training in specialized behavioral strategies and interventions.
• Apply learned techniques to manage recurring behavioral situations under teacher supervision.
• Collect, record, and utilize behavioral data to support student progress and inform interventions.
• Perform related duties as assigned to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Pay:
  Starting at $23 an hour with weekly paychecks!! (up to $25 an hour, based off experience)
