What You’ll Do – Make Every Call Count

As a Client Services Professional, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers calling in for HVAC or plumbing services. Your job is to create a first impression built on empathy, professionalism, and trust.

  • Lead with empathy, making customers feel heard, respected, and valued from the very first call.
  • Use your curiosity to fully understand each client’s needs, scheduling the right services and entering accurate information using our Google-integrated software.
  • Demonstrate responsibility by following procedures, documenting interactions thoroughly, and doing what’s expected—every time.
  • Show ambition by educating clients on the benefits of our Maintenance Plans—and earning commissions when they enroll.
  • Collaborate with your team to solve challenges and continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Represent our company with compassion and confidence, treating each customer as if they were your neighbor.
