Passenger Service Agent – Spanish Speaking at Swissport

Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive passenger/customer services for airline operations including reservations, ticketing, baggage processing, check‑in, jet‑way operation, and passenger assistance. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and adhere to Swissport SOPs and security requirements.

• Inspect and verify passenger documentation.
• Issue boarding passes & reschedule passengers affected by flight disruptions.
• Manage baggage processing, fees, and special needs support (unaccompanied minors, VIPs, wheelchair assistance).
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as required.
• Make public‑address announcements.
• Assist Ramp Service Agents with loading gate‑checked bags and ensure smooth departure & arrival operations.
• Operate jet‑way, computer keyboards, and reservation/ticketing software.
• Produce all required documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• MUST SPEAK SPANISH.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Relevant customer‑service experience.
• Excellent written & verbal communication in the local language.
• Desirable:
  Additional languages.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Self‑motivated & able to work independently.
• Detail‑oriented and numerate.
• Ability to follow processes and use flexible approaches.
• Typing skills & ability to learn airline reservation/ticketing software.
• Willingness to work in inclement weather.

Pay: $18.50 / hour.
