This role will report to our Production Manager.
Windows on Washington seeks a Project Coordinator that will serve as a hands‑on operational leader responsible for the successful execution of residential construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and quality across all phases of project delivery while maintaining strong relationships with contractors and internal teams. This person will lead a dynamic portfolio of 20-40 projects at various stages, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
This role coordinates site visits, manages contractors, and oversees resource planning to guarantee smooth execution.
- Oversee a portfolio of 20-40 projects simultaneously, ensuring each is progressing according to schedule and budget, even when projects are at different stages and statuses.
- Take ownership of projects from initiation through completion, including project preparation, material coordination, scheduling and resource coordination, and site oversight when required.
- Schedule and manage site visits to ensure accurate assessments and smooth execution.
- Ensure all required forms, resources, and materials are prepared and purchased in advance to avoid delays.
- Direct and coordinate contractors, maintaining strong communication and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools and adapt quickly to platforms such as Hub Spot, Eagle View, Hover, Ramp, and Vendo.
- Work closely with service technicians, contractors, and internal partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with company processes and client expectations.
- Address challenges proactively, ensuring timely resolution to keep projects on track.
- Proven project management experience in construction, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics.
- Ability to manage contractors and collaborate effectively with production leadership.
- Skilled in ordering materials and ensuring timely procurement for projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated visual project management ability for tracking multiple projects at different stages.
- Experience with site oversight and managing both multi‑unit and single‑family home projects.
- Ability to travel to job sites overseeing projects and communicating with customers.
- Ability to leverage software and tools such as Google, Hub Spot, Eagle View, Hover, Ramp, and Vendo.
- Report to Production Manager.
- 80% on‑site in Sterling, VA; 20% travel to job sites in DMV area.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to undergo a background check.
