Safety Professional​/EHS Consultant

As a Construction Safety Professional / EHS Consultant, you will act as a third-party, client-facing safety representative, providing on-site safety oversight, compliance support, and risk mitigation for complex construction projects. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who can work independently and influence safety culture in fast-paced environments.

Texas | Virginia | Pennsylvania | Wisconsin

• Provide on-site construction safety and EHS support
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and field observations
• Support high-risk construction activities
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 1926 and OSHA 1910
• Promote and influence a strong safety culture
• Communicate with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors
• Document findings and support corrective actions

• 5–7+ years of construction safety experience
• BCSP certification required (CHST, ASP, CSP, ST-SC)
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA 1926 / 1910 regulations
• Experience working as a third-party safety consultant
• Comfortable working on-site in a client-facing role
• Ability to work independently on active construction projects
