Role DescriptionAs a Construction Safety Professional / EHS Consultant, you will act as a third-party, client-facing safety representative, providing on-site safety oversight, compliance support, and risk mitigation for complex construction projects. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who can work independently and influence safety culture in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities- Provide on-site construction safety and EHS support
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and field observations
- Support high-risk construction activities
- Ensure compliance with OSHA 1926 and OSHA 1910
- Promote and influence a strong safety culture
- Communicate with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors
- Document findings and support corrective actions
- 5–7+ years of construction safety experience
- BCSP certification required (CHST, ASP, CSP, ST-SC)
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA 1926 / 1910 regulations
- Experience working as a third-party safety consultant
- Comfortable working on-site in a client-facing role
- Ability to work independently on active construction projects
- This role is part of our ongoing talent pipeline
- Opportunities may be contract or project-based
- No fixed start date — assignments depend on project demand
