Salary: $65,000 – $75,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices, calculate vacancy penalties, and provide contract-based documentation.
• Record revenues and expenditures in compliance with GAAP.
• Reconcile balance sheets, analyze P&L statements, and track accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management and clients.
• Support month-end close and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 3+ years of professional accounting experience, including GAAP compliance, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills — must be proficient with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial reporting
• Highly organized, with proven success in tracking AR, preparing invoices, and maintaining contract-based documentation
• Comfortable adapting to new systems and processes;
  Business Central or Cosmos experience is a plus
