Outside Sales Representative

Overview

MATHESON is a leading compressed gas provider founded in 1927 with locations worldwide. We offer gases and related services to semiconductor, medical, welding, bulk, and cylinder gas customers. This posting reflects a field sales opportunity within an assigned protected territory.

• Establish new accounts and maintain and grow existing sales of cylinder gases, welding equipment, safety and PPE products in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and maximize profitability.
• Report to the Regional General Manager and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective solution delivery.

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in industrial gases, propane, welding supplies, or safety supplies
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven track record in sales development and account management
• Understanding of profit margins and effective quoting
• Professional presentation experience
