• Active RN license
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Compassionate, empathetic, and resident-focused
• Ability to lead and support LPNs and CNAs
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Able to maintain accurate, confidential medical documentation

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor and document residents’ health status and progress
• Supervise and guide LPNs and CNAs in daily care delivery
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate residents and families on conditions and care plans
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical nursing care
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
