** About the Role*
* We are seeking reliable and motivated  
** Production Assembly Operators
** to join our team. In this role, you will support daily production operations, ensure product quality, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. If you enjoy hands‑on work and thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting, we want to hear from you!

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform assigned duties according to established product-specific and QMS procedures and work instructions

+ Maintain quality standards and meet production requirements for each assigned job

+ Keep the assembly area clean, organized, and safe

+ Accurately assemble, count, package, and label finished products

+ Assist with training new Production Assembly Operators as needed

+ Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Production Team Leader or Plant Manager

** Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or GED

+ Strong hand‑eye coordination with the ability to maintain optimal press cycle times

+ Ability to stand for extended periods

+ Capability to lift up to  
** 50 lbs
** repetitively

+ Minimum  
** 1 year of continuous work history in a manufacturing environment*
