Role Summary
Coordinates shift operations, ensures production targets, equipment maintenance, and quality standards are met. This role supports team development, participates in smooth communication across shifts, and acts as a bridge between the production team and management.

Pay Range: $21.57 - $22.98
Work Location: On-site (Sterling, IL – Main Building)
Shift: 2nd shift
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily shift activities to ensure efficient production.
- Perform equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to resolve technical and quality issues.
- Assist with machinery operation as needed to support production flow.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of production records and documentation.
- Maintain communication between shifts and with management to ensure continuity.
- Reassign team members as needed to meet production demands or cover absences.
- Inspect materials, products, and machinery to ensure quality standards are met.
- Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Guide the team in interpreting processes and policies to ensure compliance and improve performance.
- Assist with data collection and reporting on production metrics.
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- Education:
High School or GED - Experience:
Perform work under minimal supervision - Handle complex issues and problems and refer only the most complex issues to higher-level staff
- Possess comprehensive working knowledge of subject matter
- 4+ years of experience, including experience driving powered industrial equipment
- Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group
