Full‑Time/Hourly (Non‑Exempt) - Pay Range: $24.24–$26.50 per hour (based on skills and experience)
- Work Location:
Onsite – Sterling, IL 61081 (Building
2) - Shift: 2:30 pm
-11:30 pm
- Lead and coordinate daily shift activities to ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.
- Perform equipment setup, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting to resolve technical and quality issues.
- Assist with machinery operation to maintain consistent production flow.
- Complete production records and required documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain clear communication across shifts and with management to ensure continuity.
- Reassign team members as needed to support workflow, coverage, and changing production demands.
- Inspect materials, products, and equipment to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Champion process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coach team members on processes, policies, and performance expectations.
- Assist with data collection and reporting for key production metrics.
- Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of manufacturing experience, including operating powered industrial equipment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage complex issues
- Comprehensive working knowledge of production processes and equipment
- Experience providing leadership, coaching, or mentoring to a production team
