Pay Range:•
CMA: $16.12 – $24.18 per hour | Based on Relevant Experience•
LPN: $18.66 – $27.99 per hour | Based on Relevant Experience•
RN: $25.00 – $37.50 per hour | Based on Relevant Experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (some variability based on departmental needs)
About the Role:As an RN, LPN, or Certified Medical Assistant in Family Practice at Quincy Medical Group, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across the lifespan. This position supports providers with both clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient clinic workflows while building strong, trusted relationships with patients and families in the Mt. Sterling community.
Primary Responsibilities:- Prepare patients for visits by verifying information, obtaining vital signs, and documenting medical history.
- Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as appropriate to licensure.
- Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and medication refills.
- Perform point-of-care testing and specimen collection as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls to ensure accurate and timely communication.
- Schedule ancillary tests and follow-up appointments; communicate results and care instructions to patients.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of exam rooms and medical equipment.
- Provide patient education, care coordination, and support.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- CMA: Medical Assistant certification preferred.
- LPN: Active Illinois LPN license required.
- RN: Active Illinois RN license required.
- CPR certification required (available upon hire).
- 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a patient-focused approach.
