Job Summary
The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for creating social media content for our diverse portfolio of companies. They engage audiences and team members, driving ideas from start to finish and bringing brand voices to life across platforms.
Content Creation- On‑camera talent for a wide range of social content including Reels, Tik Toks, Stories, and more. Engage other team members to participate on camera.
- Film and capture video content on‑site at different business locations, ensuring content aligns with brand identity.
- Take initiative in directing and encouraging team members to participate on camera when needed.
- Shoot and create static content for posts, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Work with other team members to ideate and develop engaging social campaigns and daily content pieces müh.
- Attend brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, brand‑aligned content ideas for a variety of industries.
- Coordinate with the video editor and camera team to bring concepts to life effectively and efficiently.
- Understand and accurately represent the distinct voice and style of multiple client brands when engaging in comments, PMs and other communication.
- Tailor content tone, look, and messaging to suit each platform (Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, Facebook, etc.) and brand identity.
- Stay current with social media trends and platform features, adapting content formats to optimize reach and engagement.
- Drive to multiple business locations Sugar as needed for content capture; a company vehicle is provided for work purposes.
- Be flexible with shooting schedules that may require availability during business hours or key brand moments.
- Attend monthly after‑action reviews with the marketing team and other stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of events and social activity.
- May assist the marketing team with planning & set‑up of local community events coordinating as the on‑site contact.
- Regular and predictable attendance.

- Confidence and charisma on camera
- Proficiency in social media platforms
- Strong understanding of short‑form content formats and platform‑specific trends.
- Experience working across multiple brand identities is a plus.
- Basic experience with photo editing software/apps
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Photography, or a related work experience
- 1‑3 years of experience in social media content creation or similar role
- $44,000.00 – $50,000.00
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor environments and various environments.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
