We re seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Salud Family Health in Sterling, CO
.

At Salud, our Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners approach tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. As a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner, you will perform routine clinic operations, take histories, and make physical assessments, all while adhering to the SALUD mission statement.

Starting Annual Salary - $115,000 to $148,750

$10k Sign-on Bonus

Education:

• Must have graduated or be graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Licensure:

• Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
• Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must

Experience:

• 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred
