At Salud, our Physician Assistants & Nurse Practitioners approach their tasks in a team‑based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self‑management, self‑efficacy, and behavior change. As a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner at Salud, you will perform routine clinic operations, take histories, and make physical assessments, all the while adhering to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement.

• Starting Annual Salary - $115,000 to $148,750

• Must have graduated or been graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Licensure

• Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
• Sensitivity to low‑income and ethnic minority communities is a must

Experience

• 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred
