Compensation: $17.00 - $19.50 / hour

• Safely and efficiently operate forklift; perform required daily inspections
• Pick full and partial pallets, wrap pallets when necessary, stage product for loading, check pallets for accuracy to order
• Maintain clean and organized aisles or rack storage, consolidate partial pallets when needed
• Inventory product as needed; label, sort, wrap and tie product
• Hand load product onto containers
• Comply with company safety policies and maintain clean and orderly work area.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) procedures
• Accurately complete required paperwork in accordance with company standards
• Additional duties as assigned by Packaging Supervisor, Lead, or Plant Manager

• Recent Forklift experience
• Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.
• Effectively communicate questions, problems and reports to co-workers, supervisory and management personnel.
• Flexibility to accommodate unscheduled changes in duties and work overtime as needed
• Must display a positive attitude and work well with all levels of personnel.
