Overview
WSi Healthcare Now Hiring: QMAP - Colorado Department of Corrections (Sterling, CO)
Position: Full-Time Contract
Location: Sterling, Colorado
Schedule Options
- 5:00 AM - 6:20 PM
- 10:00 AM - 11:20 PM
WSi Healthcare is hiring dedicated QMAPs to join our team and work in a unique, meaningful setting within the Colorado Department of Corrections (DOC). If you're passionate about healthcare and ready for consistent hours and contract stability, we’d love to connect with you!

Qualifications
- Licensing:
Must hold a current QMAP certification. - Legal Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and no felony convictions. - Training:
Will need to complete the Colorado DOC Basic Training, including English reading comprehension, competency assessments, and Defensive Tactics. - Physical Readiness:
Must meet physical requirements for Defensive Tactics training.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and ADLs. Pass medications as needed.
- Escort, transport, and accompany clients as required.
- Monitor client behavior/health and report changes to medical staff.
