Job Description

We're seeking a Board Certified, Part‑Time / 2 Days Per Week Family Physician at our Community Health Clinic in Sterling, CO.

No hospital work required

• Starting Annual Salary - $125,000 to $142,400
• $20k Sign‑on Bonus
• 2‑day work week

to provide a quality, integrated healthcare home to the communities we serve.

• Graduation from an approved school of allopathic or osteopathic medicine

• No prior experience

• Possess a license to practice medicine in good standing in the State of Colorado
• Board certification in family medicine
• J1 visa waiver docs are eligible, but board certification has to be in family medicine

• Sensitivity to low‑income and ethnic minority communities is a must
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred
