Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Verify orders and ensure accuracy
- Prepare outgoing shipments
- Pack items securely for shipping
- Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments
- Assist with inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in shipping and receiving preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages
- Proficiency with shipping software and Microsoft Office
