Location : Sterling Heights, MI.

Salary : $52,000 per year

Shift : Afternoons, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Tuesday - Saturday

Supports the Director of Engagement Center to oversee and coordinate daily operations within the Engagement Center, ensuring quality care, compliance, and operational efficiency. Responsible for creating and managing the staffing coverage in partnership with the Director of Engagement Center. Engages in the screening, intake, monitoring, and discharge of program participants while on afternoon shift. Supports the supervision of Engagement Center staff.

• Provides on-going, regular supervision to employees to ensure the following: services delivered are timely, appropriate and effective; the professional development of staff; and agency policy and procedures are enforced.
• Ensure program and safety protocols are implemented and followed.
• Work variable shifts as necessary.

• High School Diploma, college degree preferred
• If in recovery from substance use, must be in long-term recovery for at least four consecutive years.
• Certificate of completion of the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR) Recovery Coach Academy, including ethics.
• Familiarity with local services and resources within the recovery community.
• Possess a valid motor vehicle operator license.
• Completion of ICHAT check, National and State Sex Offender Registry Check, and Central Registry Check.
